Hi Mark, I was the bass player & song writer for Cov band This Heat. We had to change our name because of the band that you mention on the site. We were managed by Dave Howarth who was the ents sec at the Lanch. We went on to live in London, signed with a good agency, got a reasonable publishing deal but couldn’t quite breakthrough, we had most success as The Glory Boys…have u any gig pics? Tony
Brilliant work Mark, makes me feel quite nostalgic.
hi
thanks
plenty more shots you in the pipeline
Mark
Mark, these pictures are wonderful, well executed & so evocative.
Great seeing all the punters, long hair, short hair, flares, skinheads, bum fluff moustaches, futurists, rockers…the old venues, marvelous.
Does the archive extend beyond 81?
I hope you will revisit it and add even more images.

hi
great to hear from you & glad you like the site
I should have finished uploading pretty much everything by christmas 2012.
After 1981 all I’ve got is a few films of the Furious Apples…
It would be nice to tie them with a set of Gregs posters if such a collection exists.

Hi Mark,
Great job, might have some more squad photos you could use?
